Check in: from 14.00 (2pm) - 21.30 (9.30pm  

Check out: 07.00 - 10.00 hours (prior to 10am)

Early check in/Late check out only by early arrangement, charges normally apply.

Cancellation: Minimum standard 48 hour cancellation policy is a requirement when booking an apartment. Please observe policies when confirmation of booking is made!

Children and extra beds: Surcharges per night - Infant under 2 yrs =$10, cot/crib with bedding =$5, high chair $5

Extra persons: All extra guests over 2 yrs, are charged at $15 per person. Any type of extra bed/children's cot/crib or high chair is upon request ASAP, and needs to be confirmed by management. - see above for charges

Prepaid bookings: Supplements as mentioned above are NOT calculated in the total cost at the time of prepayment and will have to be paid for separately at point of checking in.

Pets: PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED . Any guests found to have pets without notification WILL BE CHARGED $20.00/n and asked to leave.

Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Eftpos. The Blue Dolphin reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards and charge BANK FEES prior to handing over the key to the apartment!

Important Information

ARRIVING AFTER HOURS: If you expect to arrive outside receptions normal opening hours, please inform Blue Dolphin Motel in advance using the contact details found in the booking confirmation.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: For guests staying for more than two nights the property is able to provide a drop off service to the airport or bus depot. This service is only available upon request. ASAP.
